  • 2 lbs Halal Beef Cheek
  • 2 tbsp oil or tallow
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt, black pepper, bay leaf
  • 2 cups beef broth or water

Method:

Season beef cheeks with salt and pepper. Sear in hot oil until browned. Add onions, ginger-garlic, and bay leaf, then pour in broth. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3–4 hours (or pressure cook for 60–75 minutes) until fork-tender. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or with naan.
