Cut from our Full Blood Wagyu tenderloin, these petite Filet Mignon Medallions have all of the melt-in-your-mouth tenderness as our traditional Filets. Use them in a variety of dishes including kabobs and stir-fry. Perfect when you want a lighter meal, but crave the deliciousness of the Filet Mignon.
While you can definitely find halal Wagyu brisket elsewhere online, it won't be unstunned. Instead, the harvested animal would have been subjected to electric prodding or bolt guns. Sometimes this injures the animal to the point that it's considered carrion. For us, that's not a chance worth taking. So, all our cattle, including this product, are not stunned before harvesting. They are also raised humanely without the use of antibiotics or artificial feed. This results in healthier meat that's better for you and your palate.
