  • 2–3 tbsp Lamb Tallow
  • 1 lb lamb (bone-in preferred)
  • 2 tomatoes (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Green chilies (to taste)
  • Salt, red chili powder, crushed coriander
  • Fresh cilantro & ginger (for garnish)

Method:

Heat lamb tallow in a karahi or heavy pan. Add lamb and sear until browned. Add ginger-garlic paste, spices, and crushed tomatoes. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring until oil separates. Garnish with fresh ginger, cilantro, and green chilies. Serve hot with naan or roti.
