The Story

Details

Mahi-Mahi (aka dolphinfish) is a lean, mild fish with a sweet flavor and flaky texture. Like most fish, this tropical one is low in saturated fats and rich in vitamins like selenium and niacin. It’s also a contender on Healthline’s list of the best fish to eat. Many diet programs also include Mahi-Mahi in their guides of recommended proteins. Though now available farmed, we believe that wild-caught Mahi-Mahi is preferable. It’s purer and healthier than the additive-riddled fish you’d find in aquaculture.

But what can you do with One-Stop Halal’s Mahi-Mahi once you have it?  Almost anything! Fix it up like a steak. Add it to pasta. Squeeze lemon over it and grill it. Whatever you do, make sure that you buy it from us. Profits made from sales of this fish and all other products go towards improving access to halal products.
